The 2009 NW Area Spring APDA meeting will be held in Everett Washington, on May 20th and 21st at the brand new Tulalip Resort located just adjacent to the casino off Interstate 5 just north of Everett.
The Northwest Power Pool (NWPP) will be hosting their yearly Dispatcher Meeting in conjunction with the APDA at the Tulalip Resort on May 19th and 20th. Please visit their website for more information on this meeting at www.nwpp.org/calendars.html .

CEH Credit Hours Available - There will be a total of 8 CEH's available for registered attendees.
Applied Professional Training (APT) will be presenting a 4 hour simulator class on Islanding (4 CEH's)
System Operations Success (SOS Intl.) will be offering 4 hours of online training (free) for all registered attendees. These online classes can be taken within the next year to earn 4 CEH's. They have offered to track the CEH's and complete the NERC reporting upon completion.
NOTE: The Hospitality Room will be open Tuesday after the NWPP meeting for those of you attending or arriving early.

1310 - 1710 APT Simulator training "Islanding" 4 simulator CEH's

Room Reservations:
The group rate for the meeting is $145 per night. This rate is available until April 18, 2009 and is subject to availability. T make reservations, contact the hotel at (866) 716-7162 and ask for the APDA - NWPP Dispatchers group rate. Should the availability of rooms run out, check online rates for these time periods.
