The Fall 2008 SW, NW, SE Area Fall Meeting will be held October 6 thru 10, 2008 at Sams Town Hotel and Casino 5111 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas NV 89122. Room rates are $59.99 per night plus 9% tax. Please make your reservations before September 1th, 2008 by calling 877-593-5993. Please ask for the APDA (American Power Dispatchers Association) rate when making reservations, use the group code "APDJ08A". If you are interested in staying at the RV Park you can also book online, however they do not have a special rate and should be booked as soon as possible. The RV Park fills up fast in the fall. Room reservations should be made by September 1, 2008 to receive the APDA Group Rate.

Registration is $200.00 on or before September 1, 2008, $250.00 after September 1, 2008 for APDA Members. This fee includes 26 CEH's, continental breakfast, lunch and banquet. $400.00 for non-members includes 26 CEH's, continental breakfast, lunch and banquet. Guest registration is $50, includes banquet.

The price for golf has not yet been determined, we are still waiting for confirmation from the golf course. If you are interested or might be interested please select "Yes" and when we finalize the details we will contact you to verify you still want to play golf and give you the details.
