Tentative Agenda
The joint Northwest & Southwest APDA fall meeting will be held in Denver, Colorado on September 19th-21st.
Training Note: The Conference Agenda Committee received requests to provide EOPS hours. In response, Applied Professional Training, Inc. will present on EOPS topics not Cyber Security. A new agenda will be posted when the courseware and associated CEH credits are finalized. We expect to offer up to 10 CEHs and 8 EOP hours.

Team Building (Scramble Golf Tournament)
The golf tournament will be held at the Overland Golf Course (http://www.overlandgolfcourse.com/). Tee times start at noon. We can accommodate up to 40 players. The cost includes green fees, unlimited warm-up range balls, shared golf cart, $10 pro-shop credit, 2 drink tickets, golf tee & ball marker packet, sleeve of balls, boxed deli lunch. Let me know if you require rental clubs ($5). The course is 6.5 miles from the hotel.

Rockies vs. Giants Baseball
The game starts at 6:35 pm. We are aiming for at least 25 people. I have been told that the last group in the golf tournament should finish by 6:20. Coors Field is about 1.5 miles from the hotel. If you sign up for both activities, we will try to put you in an early group.

Air Travel & Ground Transportation. Southwest, United, Delta, JetBlue, Sun Country, Air Canada and Alaska all fly to Denver International Airport. The airport is 25 miles from the hotel. SuperShuttle costs $19 One Way / $34 Round Trip. Taxi cost around $35 each way.| Local Attractions: The hotel (small red circle) is located two blocks from the 16th Street Mall, a pedestrian zone (shown in pink). There is a free shuttle that travels the length of the Mall. The northwest end of the Mall is Union Station and old town called Lower Downtown of LoDo. Other Activities: The fall foliage change chould be on display. If you have the time you might consider a day trip to the ski resort of Winter Park. The Ski Train departs Union Station at 8:30 am and returns to Denver at 5:45 pm. Cost is $44 per person.
The Coors Brewery is in Golden, west of Denver. They have a free 1.5 hour tour.
Wynkoop Brewery Company, located between the Mall and Coors Field, is the largest brew pub in the US.
