Spring meetings are held in conjunction with the Northwest Power Pool in larger cities to facilitate travel and accommodations.
Spring hosting company's are requested to contact WECC and NWPP in selecting the date of the meeting.
Hosting utilities may change places in rotation with one year notice to NWAPDA President.
